The Arabica and Robusta beans in this Leggero are lightly roasted. This keeps the acidity of the Colombian coffee alive and gives the other beans its soft notes of cocoa and roasted grains. Leggero is a mild and refreshing blend of South American coffee with a lovely depth. The lightly roasted Brazilian and Colombian Arabica beans, as well as the Robusta beans, give Leggero a well-balanced and velvety character, with notes of roasted grains and cocoa. A coffee with a taste of cocoa and roasted grains. The hint of acidity in Leggero is balanced out by the fine bitterness found in the blend. If you drink it with milk, the notes of malt and caramel are lifted while the Leggero retains its rich aroma
