It feels like entering a magical hidden garden when you taste Finezzo. This blend of Arabica beans from Ethiopia, Colombia and other Latin American farms is lightly roasted to take advantage of the quality of the beans. Finezzo has a slight acidity that is balanced by the floral notes of Jasmine and Bergamot. The Arabica beans in Finezzo are lightly roasted to preserve the floral aromas. A coarser grind allows for a long extraction of the coffee to also bring out the floral notes. Finezzo contains washed Arabica beans that give the coffee its sweet notes of Jasmine, Orange Blossom and Bergamot.
