This Nespresso Pro capsule is made from Brazilian Arabica beans with a touch of roasted barley that characterizes its origin. Some of the Arabica beans come from the high plains of the southern Minas Gerais region and the São Paulo region. The rest are grown on the dry savannah plains of the Cerrado region. The beans from the latter region are semi-washed Bourbon beans, known for their honeyed sweetness. A blend that represents the Brazilian regions. While the Cerrado beans undergo a short and light roast to achieve the characteristic full-bodied taste of roasted barley, the Bourbon beans are roasted longer and darker to produce a distinct and mild aromatic sweetness. Nespresso Origins has a unique aromatic profile and taste that derives from the traditions of the specific area where the beans are grown. All Nespresso Origins are AAA certified.
