Ristretto Intenso is an intense coffee blend of Arabica and Robusta beans from South and Central America. The finer aromas of the South American Arabica bean marry beautifully with the bold intensity of the two Central American Robusta beans. The Robusta beans add depth to the coffee while highlighting a beautiful bitterness with notes of pepper and wood. In order for each origin to fully develop its aromatic potential, Nespresso coffee experts have chosen to use a technique where the beans are roasted in different batches to bring out the best of each variety. The Robusta beans are intensely roasted to develop a distinctly bitter note and full-bodied texture, while the Arabica beans are roasted longer and more gently to promote the fine notes and natural sweetness. Ristretto Intenso is a bold blend of South and Central American Robusta and Arabica beans with a lovely intensity. This full-bodied Ristretto is rich in roasted notes that during brewing develop a powerful and delicate bitterness with a hint of pepper - balanced by a dense and smooth crema.
